What to expect from OC&C Hirevue?

Hi,

I recently got asked to complete a one-way video assessment for OC&C's AC role (Strategy) (London), which to my knowledge has not been part of the process in previous years (could be wrong).

All I know is that the assessment will consist of 3 questions, but not entirely sure what to prepare for.

Does anyone have any insight on what exactly to prepare for / what questions might come up?

Thanks

Me too have been invited for this. If someone can help and provide us how these questions look like, and how to prepare

Hi there,

Bain is sometimes using the same HireVue interview --> Google that in combination with Bain and you will find plenty information out there that is not available for OC&C since they are a lot smaller.

All the best,

Florian

Hi,
Have you completed it? Were the questions motivational?

Still haven't completed. Trying to explore what does it look like and prepare. Deadline is on Friday

I just did it today and got:

1. Talk about a disagreement you had at work and how you resolved it.

2. What is your proudest achievement and why?

3. Talk about a time you had to work with sensitive information.

I heard there was a case element as well - did you not have that? What role did you apply to?

Haven't done it either, if someone can provide more information would be great! Thanks :)

Also trying to prep, I was thinking it would just be motivational/behavioural rather than case based. Is this naive?
