Hi Preplounge
Ive got a one-way video interview for OC&C with through Willo software.
Has any one done this? What type of questions are they asking?
Thank you

Hi there,
First of all, congratulations on the invitation from OC&C!
I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:
- First of all, the one-way video interview typically includes general and behavioral personal fit questions.
- Moreover, I would highly advise you to thoroughly prepare your personal fit answers to common questions and ensure a smooth technical setup. You can find examples of such questions in this forum.
If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming OC&C interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Best,
Hagen
Hi there,
This thread might be helpful: https://www.preplounge.com/en/consulting-forum/what-to-expect-from-occ-hirevue-21208
While it's about the HireVue video interview, these type of assessments are often very similar in terms of format and content.
All the best,
Florian
This is what I had:
1. Why OC&C?
Then the other two were based on a case study of a company with snack products who want to expand to the Middle East
