Hello everyone! Just want to check if anyone knows McKinsey Middle East is hiring at the moment (understandably slow though). I've met some people having interviews with BCG and Bain, but no one who's in McKinsey process.

At least as of a few weeks ago, the answer is yes - evidenced by one of my candidates getting an offer there.

Now, it's possible they're not interviewing right now until the new year, but that's absolutely something to check with your respective recruiter + network (based on your role, recruiting channel, etc.)

I know that McKinsey is hiring especially in the GCC countries, they actually have jobs posted on LinkedIN and open application on their website. I have friends who got reached out by recruiters to apply for McKinsey Riyadh office. Best of luck!

I can agree with the comments here. They still have been hiring in Q4 of this year. But not sure what the plan is for the rest of this month. End of year tends to be slower in general.

I have candidates now that are in the funnel with McK ME, so yes, they are still hiring.

But that could also mean that they are just processing the applications that are already in the funnel instead of considering new ones.

So if I were you I'd reach out to the recruiter to introduce myself and then ask what role would be best to apply for and when.

Then take it from there.
