Having (unsuccesfully) interviewed some time ago for McK Germany, I recall, that the spcifically told candidates, that in the 1st round (virtual) they would be asking for the "Inclusive Leadership" dimension.

It varies at different times. My 4 coachees of mine just recently got Personal Impact and Entrepreneurial Drive in their round 1 and 3 others got Inclusive Leadership. I wouldn't say that there is an exact formula
As to if all 4 dimensions are being tested at McKinsey Germany, I would say yes they are. I had one coachee of mine interviewing a few days ago and they got Courageous Change in their first round too.
So my advice is to be prepared for all :-)

(1) Most now have PI as the first PEI dimension.
(2) Yes, they use all 4 dimensions + sometimes the Values and Purpose Interview (google - I wrote an in-depth article on it)
