From my experience, including working on a project at BCG Dubai, the Operations Practice there is quite strong, with a focus on large-scale transformations, procurement optimization, and process improvements across industries like energy, healthcare, and government. The team is highly capable, with a mix of global and regional experts. Besides BCG, McKinsey’s Operations practice is also very active in the Middle East, particularly through its implementation-focused RTS team.
