BCG ADC response time after R1

Question

I was fortunate to land a R1 with BCG as an ADC this cycle. I believe all applicants (including me) interviewed (fit + Casey) on Sept. 5. This year’s recruiting cycle is quite a bit later than in previous years, so does anyone have insight as to how long it usually takes to hear back about R2? I’m particularly wondering because I have some other interviews coming up and want to balance them appropriately.

No hard and fast rule but based on my experience it takes about 1-2 weeks.

As far as I know, interviews should be in the final two weeks of September and the first week of October.

First of all, congratulations on the progress in the application process with BCG thus far!

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your situation:

First of all, you should expect a response within 1 to 2 weeks after the first interview round. However, the exact timing can vary.
Moreover, unfortunately, please do not expect to have much say in determining the date of your final round interviews.

In my experience across BCG offices, there is no unified rule on this. However, generally, for recruiting cycles with predefined timelines such as the ADC, it takes 1-2 weeks (max. 3wks) to get a response after an interview round.
