Bain assessment for MBA full time recruiting

Hi!

Had a call last monday with Bain and they mentioned that they will be using a test for the full time recruiting for 2nd year MBA students.

Does anyone know which test is it? Is it SOVA, TestGorilla,…?

I want to make sure I prepare minimally in advance

Hi! Did they mention anything about the test? I interviewed with Bain during my MBA, and just after submitting my application, I was invited to do a psychometric test. If that's the same for you (and I guess that should be the case) there's is nothing to prepare for, just be yourself and don't be a jerk. As you are aware, Bain tends to hire nice people, who can work well in teams.

4 years at Bain & Co | INSEAD MBA | I used PrepLounge to get my offer!

Hi there,

Correct, Bain is now using the SOVA test on campus for recruiting at the MBA level, at least they were this past year at INSEAD. You will only help yourself with preparation so I'd definitely advise it.

There are lots of helpful resources available online so give SOVA a google and you can get some practice to make sure you're comfortable with the system!

Good luck!

Martha
