I am surprised they are doing the assessment to be honest. Is it pymetrics?

BCG has different tests types such as chatbot and online case study. It depends on the office's location. I recommend you to reach out to the HR representative of your country or a fellow Aspire member from your country to evaluate what would this be so you can prepare properly.

I do not believe that you can particularly prepare for this other than speaking to fellow candidates or friends who have done this as well. I would not think that you need specific prep to do it.

Seems to be very new since BCG is using the Chatbot, the Cognitive Test and the Pymetrics across the globe - never heard of another gamified assessment. My tip would be to practice with tests that are similar to the Pymetrics.
