My coaching approach is deeply personalized, drawing from extensive experience in consulting and entrepreneurship.
In our 15min free scoping call I will assess your preparation status and suggest a proposed coaching schedule. Typically, this involves one or all of the 3 coaching types I offer:
(1) Ace your PEI: I will coach you to your perfect PEI stories. Typically, it takes 30-60 minutes per dimension. In these sessions, we will go through the stories you have experienced and I will tell you where to focus, what to highlight and how to position the things you experienced to get to that *perfect* PEI story.
(2) Rock your case: We go through a typical interview case, discuss the approach and best practices. You will learn what Interviewers actually look for (and what they don't care about).
(3) Full end-to-end mock interview with a McKinsey interview veteran (200+ interviews). To make the most out of this, this generally requires 2x60min: 60min for the interview, and 60min for detailed feedback and improvement suggestions.
