It is about me giving you everything you need to go-it-alone and succeed! I am not just a case coach - I am a teacher. I am here to train and teach you - I identify your weaknesses and use different tools in different ways to help you unlock your potential. No two candidates are alike and that's why I adjust my coaching to help you succeed no matter where you're coming from.

Really helpful for me in understanding the behavioral portion of consulting interviews - it was incredibly helpful in synthesizing how we should approach all the types of questions we can get in an interview. Loved the story matrix and the approach Ian lays out to being ready for ANY behavioral question that comes along.
