  • 1st Session: We begin by analyzing your current skills with a comprehensive diagnostic case that covers a range of topics—profits, market entry, complex math, etc. This gives us a baseline to understand your strengths and weaknesses.
  • We then dive into your fit interview abilities, exploring common questions used by top consulting firms like McKinsey’s PEI or Bain’s personal impact questions.
• Case Practice & Feedback Loops: After your diagnostic, we’ll repeatedly revisit cases and fit questions that challenge your weak areas. Through multiple iterations, we’ll integrate real-time feedback, allowing you to improve with every session.
• Mock Interviews: As you progress, we’ll run realistic mock interviews simulating case and fit interviews exactly as they would happen at the firms you're targeting. You’ll also get detailed feedback on what went well and where to improve, ensuring that each session builds upon the last.
