great question – Goldman Sachs does use AI to screen HireVue interviews, especially in early rounds. The system looks at keywords, tone, and delivery.
If you pass that initial filter, your video may be reviewed by a human later on – but the first step is usually automated.
So treat it like a real interview: be structured, clear, and show energy.
