The logic follow below.

(Simplified equation: 80%* 1% + 20%*X% = 3% ~> X = 11%)

(1) We know last years revenue was of 5B, Indonesia contributed with 4B (80% of it) and 

(2) that it has grown 1% YoY. So this years result would be 4.04B for Indonesia.
(3) If revenues grew by 3%, the company reached to 5.15B, 4.04 from Indonesia and 1.11 from US. 
(4) If US contributed with 1B (20%) in the previous year and now it is 1.11, the growth rate was of 11%.

If you follow this approach that is more detailed pay attention: Something that could make your life difficult would be to calculate the value of the year before previous year, the growth rate would be the same but you wouldn’t be able to do everything using only mental math (see how easy the calculations above are).

Da du die Marktanteile der beiden Länder nicht angegeben hast, nehmen wir an, dass die Marktanteile der beiden Länder gleich sind. Wenn das der Fall ist, kannst du das Wachstum der USA so berechnen:

Gesamtwachstum = (1/2 × Wachstum Indonesien) + (1/2 × Wachstum USA)

Das Gesamtwachstum ist 3% und das Wachstum von Indonesien beträgt 1%, also:

3% = (1/2 × 1%) + (1/2 × Wachstum USA)

Nun kannst du den Wert für das Wachstum der USA berechnen.

[ Indonesia market growth x Indonesia revenue weighting ] + [ USA market growth x USA revenue weighting ] 

[ 1% * 80% ] + [ x * 20% ] = 3%, then back-solving for x (which represents the current market growth for USA),

x = 11%
