Hey!

I hope I am getting your question right by providing some insights on how to answer this question.

Generally, for those team situations, situations from work (e.g., full time positions, internships) or academical experiences are great to mention. Here, it is often easy to compare those situation to consulting - to see how you act in a team.

Also, I always advise to show the interviewer that you are able to lead a team, have a lot of empathy, initiate actions within the team etc. - therefore play an active role and be a great teamplayer! Those are important aspects which will be considered by the interviewer regarding this question.

Hope this helps!
