Transfer from MEA to London

Hello, I'm an Associate in MEA T2, with a MBA from a top tier university in France. I'm looking to move to London (for personal reasons). I'm considering looking into a) roles in consulting MBB T2 b) roles outside of consulting in corporate strategy, and innovation/ digital transformation. Questions: 1) How is the market at your consulting firms? 2) Has anyone successfully managed the transition from MEA to London? or exited successfully consulting? 3) Would companies in London be open to sponsor employees visas?

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your questions:

First of all, as almost all coaches are ex-consultants, you are unlikely to get an insider perspective. However, in general, the UK market isn't that great, either in terms of consulting or corporate roles.
Moreover, there are certainly cases of consultants from the Middle East/Africa moving to Europe or London specifically. What is the question behind that?
Lastly, regarding visa sponsorship, UK-based consulting firms are generally open to sponsoring visas, but it depends on the specific case.
