Strategy& Women in Consulting Summer 2025 Internship Virtual/Final Round Preparation

Hello,

I know someone that has made it to the virtual and final round AC days for the Strategy& Women in Consulting Summer 2025 Internship program in London. I'm looking for any information/advice on what they should be preparing for these interviews, and the best resources to use for this?

Additionally is there anywhere they could get paid coaching for these interviews?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi,

Preparing for the Strategy& Women in Consulting Summer 2025 Internship Virtual/Final Round involves several key steps:

  1. Understand the Format: Familiarize yourself with the structure of the interview process. It includes a virtual insight day, a case study workshop, and possibly a networking event.
  2. Research the Company: Gain a deep understanding of Strategy&, its values, and its work. Look into recent projects and clients to showcase your knowledge during discussions.
  3. Practice Case Studies & conduct mock interviews: Since there will be a case study workshop, practice solving case studies. Focus on structuring your approach, analyzing data, and presenting your findings clearly.
  4. Prepare for Motivational Questions: Be ready to discuss why you want to join Strategy& and how it aligns with your career goals. Reflect on your experiences and how they have prepared you for a career in consulting.
  5. Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and news. This will help you during discussions and demonstrate your genuine interest in the field.
  6. Network: If possible, attend networking events or connect with current employees on platforms like LinkedIn. This can provide insights and tips for the interview process.

I can help you with practice Case Studies, conduct Mock Interviews and prepare for Motivational Questions.

Happy to schedule a free 15m intro call.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Hi there,

For the final round your contact should focus on:

  1. Case Study Interviews: Practice structuring problems and solving cases logically. Use resources like PrepLounge or CaseInterview.com for practice. Make sure to be fit in mental math (you could use Victor Cheng math exercises to train).
  2. Group Exercises: Work on communication, collaboration, and the ability to contribute meaningfully in team settings. Mock group discussions can be helpful.
  3. Personal Fit Questions: Reflect on own motivation, achievements, and why they’re a great fit for Strategy&. Be ready to articulate these concisely with specific examples.

If they need further guidance or practice, I’d be happy to help with mock interviews, case prep, or answering specific questions. Let me know! There is always a 30 min free intro call to see if it's a match.

Best,

Hey! I would follow on the following:

  1. Case Interviews: These are central to Strategy&'s process. Practice frameworks, market sizing, profitability, and operations cases. Tailor solutions to client context and focus on structured problem-solving.
  2. Fit/Behavioral Questions: Expect questions about leadership, teamwork, and conflict resolution. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) for structured answers. Be ready to explain your motivation for consulting and interest in Strategy& specifically.
  3. Group Case/Assessment: Strategy& often includes collaborative exercises. Focus on teamwork, clear communication, and structured contributions without dominating the group.
  4. Numerical and Verbal Reasoning: Familiarize yourself with logical and numerical reasoning tests to ensure speed and accuracy. Practice on platforms like SHL or PrepInsta.

Alternatively, seek a mentor or experienced consultant on Prep willing to offer personalized advice and mock interviews.
