Strategy& Final Round

I am a final-year student in London and have a final round next week for a graduate consultant role with Strategy&.

It consists of a group exercise, presentation and two cases.

If anyone has been through these, could you give some idea about what to expect in respect to the group exercise and presentation.

Thanks

Hi J,

i'll be having my interview with strategy& in two weeks. Even though it will be in Germany and not in London I'd really appreciate some hints and advice for the interviews and the group exercise!

Thanks!

The interviews were fair and the atmosphere supportive. The interviewers in general were more senior compared to other firms, which I think is good. The ones I had interviews with were either principals or managers.

The cases were tricky but doable, wouldn't say that they are any different from the ones I had at Bain or Roland Berger. The presentation was a bit uncomfortable, but not more than the group exercise at Berger was. You have to present in front of two interviewers and they challenge you regarding specific aspects of your presentation and want to see why you presented it the way you did. Fair process and a pleasant experience.
