Last week a PwC Middle East recruiter reached out on Linkedin for a specific role, department, and team indicating that my skills would fit the role, and that I send my CV to her email address "to take it forward.". I sent my CV as instructed along with a cover letter the day of, and haven't heard anything since. It's been 10 days. Has anyone had this experience? Does anyone know what stage of the process I might be at, if the recruiter already screened my profile on Linkedin, and what exactly is meant by “take it forward.” Any insight would be appreciated, thank you!

You are still in the CV screening stage, even if they have already seen your Linkedin.
They are collecting a number of CVs of similar candidates and then decide how to move forward
This process can take up to a month in the current market environment

Yes, this is normal. Sure, reach out to them after 2 weeks have passed. But this is quite common actually.
