Hi,
Already 2 of my mentees have done the PWC case study at PWC to join the deals team. Here is a brief summary from my understanding on what is included:
- Scenario Presentation: You’ll be given a hypothetical or real infrastructure deal scenario (e.g., a government privatizing an asset or a company acquiring infrastructure assets), with key data like financials, market conditions, and client objectives.
- Analysis: You’ll analyze the situation by considering factors like due diligence, financial modeling, risk assessment, and strategic options. You'll identify key issues and propose solutions to meet the client’s goals.
- Presentation: After analysis, you will present your findings and recommendations, focusing on clarity and structured communication. You’ll be expected to justify your conclusions and show how you would address risks and opportunities.
- Q&A: Interviewers will ask follow-up questions to probe your reasoning, test your understanding of the infrastructure sector, and evaluate your business judgment and decision-making process.
Hope this helps!
