Hey there 🙂, for Prokura’s entry-level first round, you can generally expect a typical consulting case interview that focuses on your analytical and problem-solving skills. They'll likely present you with a business scenario—possibly around market sizing, profitability, or operational challenges—and they're more interested in your structured approach than in arriving at a perfect answer. It's similar to other consulting cases, but with a flavor that aligns with Prokura’s industry focus, so brushing up on common frameworks and practicing with peers or mentors can be really helpful. Best, Alessa 😇
Hi there,
Usually it's the typical process:

Hi there,
According to a Glassdoor review: “Classic consulting case interview with a focus on procurement. Cases with many calculations and analysis of graphics. Personal fit is very important. Critical questions are asked here. Overall quite demanding.”
Take a look at what industries the office you are applying to is mainly focused as this may be the subject of the cases. As the candidate stated, PEI is very important so don’t overlook this part and make sure you have good stories covering the common pillars of consulting. - if you’re not 100% confident here, DM me and let’s talk.
Best,
Mari
Hi,
The interview at Prokura (Kearney) is very similar compared to a MBB interview; covering a business case and fit interview in multiple rounds.
The business case will be more focused on market entry, profitability, procurement and supply chain.
I have received an offer from Kearney myself. Let me know if you would like to practice a real case used at Kearney.
