I am Alberto Sánchez, the most experienced consultant in PrepLounge. I have over 15 years of experience in consulting, last 5 in McKinsey & Company, where I was Junior Partner.

During these years, I have run +2.000 first and second round interviews at McKinsey, Accenture and PwC. 

I was top McKinsey interviewer at my office for three years. That means I did most interviews and saw more candidates than any other interviewer at my office for a while. I have seen a lot of candidates. I know what works, what doesn’t and how to fix it.
