Possibility that international undergraduate get a internship in Germany

Hello,

I am an international student(EEA) who want to go into MBB in Germany.

If I am in one of the high ranked uni (QS) and my major is mangement, how much the possibility that I join in the company?

I am still learning German and my goal is to acheive German C1-2 until graduation.

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

First of all, unfortunately, nobody can seriously answer the question about your probability of success, as it depends on a lot more factors than your education and field of study.
Moreover, consulting firms in Germany require candidates to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in German, so your aspired C1/C2 level should allow you to do this.
Lastly, please keep in mind that Bain Germany seems to be the only consulting firm in Germany that does not strictly require German language proficiency.

If you manage to get to C1/C2, the language barrier should be gone. Keep in mind that most interviews at MBB will usually also be held in German, which adds a significant difficulty to an already challenging interview format.

If it is a target school for MBB, you should have a chance. But you are at a disadvantage.
