I noticed on OC&C's careers page that their initial screening tests are two parts 1) Numerical and Logical Reasoning and 2) One-way video assessment...
Can anyone share more information or provide more color on what to expect, specifically with regard to part 2?

If you receive an invite to their interview, they should usually tell you what to expect in the interview to happen besides just the format of the interview. This will provide you with more clarity.
I haven't dealt with a one-way video interview by OC&C yet but I am sure they are using a similar provider as BCG or Bain, like HireVue. In that case, you could just google the provider of the test and get more information (if they state it on their website).
In general, video interviews can contain case questions, simple fit questions or a combination of the two. The prep is not too different from the case interview prep you would go through anyway.
