McKinsey Associate Job

Hi,

I am going to apply for the McKinsey Associate position. I'd love to find out as much info about the interview process (from application to receiving a position) and any tips to help prepare for this.

Thanks!

Hi there,

The interview process is the same as for most other McK client-facing roles:

  1. Resume screening (cover letter optional), better chances with a referral
  2. Solve Game
  3. 2 Interview rounds with 4-5 interviews (case and PEI in each interview)

Please check out these articles for more information:

If you want to learn more, please reach out. I have created a guide on the McKinsey interview process in more detail as well.

Cheers,

Florian

I suggest you explore Preplounge website (and Mckinsey website).

The question you are asking is at a too basic level and very easy to find - you have to do a bit of research yourself.
