Every interaction is extremely important. Hence, I would take the case presentation as important as any other preparation. 

Note, they have notes on you from previous interviews, hence they are looking at possibly weaknesses that you showcased and strengths. So if you feel you had certain weaknesses, you could work to address them here.

One of the key parameter evaluated on a series of interviews in management consulting is consistency.

Hence, throughout all aspects of the interviews from technical case, PEI / fit, and case presentation, consistent performance is expected and a fluctuation or deviation from these expectation would provide a flag for the interviewers.

Please do prepare optimally for the session.
