How to apply for Mckinsey as a experienced hire? Which role to apply having 3.5 years work ex in analytics?

Hi,

I have completed 3.5 years in analytics industry in one of the largest pure play analytics company in the world. Currently playing a role of consultant here and little confused how and what should I apply for in Mckinsey. I have a BE degree only, no MBA. Need some advice asap.

McKinsey / Accenture Alum / Got all BIG3 offers / Harvard Business School

Hi,

3.5 years is not enough for an experienced hire. You can apply as an associate, but most probably they'll give you SBA / Fellow Associate role.Β

Just to be little specific i am talking about mckinsey india. Will your answer remain same? Also what is the channel you will recommend for application?
