I have mostly applied my team work skills and reducing conflict in the team. That means taking on a mediation role when there is conflict
After my master studies i made some internships during which i learnt that i should frequently inform my supervisors on my progress to make sure we are on the same page. This learning was very useful for my PhD as I would frequently communicate my progress to my supervisor proactively even with mails between meetings which he found very professional.
