Hey there 🙂, I did some research on Glassdoor and also spoke to some friends at BCG in the Middle East, and here’s what you can expect for a Senior Associate in KSA AS AN ESTIMATION (!): 

• Base Salary: Around $120,000 to $140,000 USD
• Housing Allowance: Typically $30,000 to $40,000 USD
• Performance Bonus: Usually 25-50% of base salary
• Signing Bonus: $10,000 to $20,000 USD

This means that total compensation (base + bonuses + allowances) could range from $160,000 to $200,000 USD, depending on performance and negotiations.

I would check Glassdoor. Just consider the following:

1. Location

Some MBBs change compensation slightly because of office locations within the country.  

2. Information date

Review the most updated ones. As inflation and other effects have occurred lately, some firms' salaries have increased.

3. Salary composition

Remember that there is a base salary and a bonus. The base is straightforward; however, however remember that the bonus depends on your performance and the firm/office/system performance. So, do not take for granted the average bonus you would get; be more conservative about that as not 100% is under your control.

Glassdoor etc. will give you some further insights but I would say that the average comp should be between EUR 160-200K including bonus and pension scheme contribution.

Glassdoor is a good source of information. Since they don't have a  lot of datapoints, I would check a broad range of similar firms (Mck, Bain, OW, Roland Berger, and even Strategy&, ...) to get a good sample.
