As an official McKinsey coach for two years and co-head of the Oxford Consulting Business Unit, I have extensive experience coaching candidates from diverse backgrounds—some with consulting experience and others from fields like medicine with no financial background. 

Through this, I have refined my approach to provide tailored, effective coaching that suits YOUR NEEDS.

Many of the candidates I have coached have secured offers at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and Oliver Wyman in locations such as Johannesburg, Lagos, New York, and London, among others. I am friendly, approachable and I enjoy meeting new people. 

Having transitioned from in-house strategy (client-side) to consulting, I am also happy to share insights from my own career journey.

My coaching method focuses on your specific needs -  identifying individual strengths and areas for development. 

During an initial baseline session, I assess performance through a mock “real” numerical case and behavioral interview.

From there, we work on improving overall performance through live interviews, targeted take-home exercises/ maths drills, and structured feedback. 

My approach is highly flexible, ensuring candidates receive the preparation they need to excel on interview day. A minimum of two sessions is usually recommended.
