BCG Application Status

It sounds like 2 weeks ago your application went under consideration, and by virtue of getting assessment dates means you've been accepted to start the going through the recruitment process. 

Now is the time to prepare solidly for interviews :-)

Q: I received a mail with the dates of the assessments. Does mean that I've been selected for the first phase or not ?

If you have received an email with an invitation for the assessment, you have passed the first screening step.

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

• First of all, the application status "application under review" usually means that the recruiting department is assessing your application.
• Moreover, however, if you have already received an invitation to the first interview round, you have obviously already passed the screening stage. Congratulations!

Great news! It means you'll get the online assessment, but it does not guarantee that you will make it to the first round of interviews. This is a good sign, though, and you should be going full steam ahead on case/fit prep.
