Hi all - I have an interview with Arthur D Little in the UK. I am applying as an experienced hire and was curious if anyone had any information around the interview structure and had coached people in similar situations.
Many thanks

Hi,
First of all, congratulations on the invitation from Arthur D. Little!
I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:
You can find more on this topic here: How to succeed in the final interview round.
If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming ADL interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Best,

Hey there,
ADL's interview structure is similar to most consulting firms interview structure. You could expect a couple of rounds (3 or 4) consisting of an initial screening, personal fit and case interview. The cases usually are Candidate Led too
All the best!
Congrats on the invitation to an ADL interview! I hope the interview prep process is going well. You can expect similar components to other firms (case and fit) and should prepare accordingly. I've coached experienced hires and went through the process myself as an experienced hire. I'd be happy to share more insights with you on how to crush the interview. Feel free to reach out.
Hi there,
Funny how some answers like Hagen's provide no actual insights, except self-promotion with no data/facts to support it. :D
Not sure if you are still in the process but this maybe helpful for others who read this:
So, in a nutshell, prepare for the fit interview and case like you would for any other firm. Add 10% of practice time for market sizing and 5% for brainteasers.
Cheers,
Florian
