Accenture Strategy Graduate Programme 2025 - 2026 Final Stage Interview London Office

Hi, I have my final interview for Accenture Strategy Graduate Programme. This will consist of 2 one hour interviews: 1) Case Study Interview and 2) Strategic Thinking Assessment. Is any one able to give me some guidance about what to expect and/or how I can prepare. I have done Case Study Interviews but I am not sure what to expect for the Strategic Thinking Assessment. Are there any consultants who have worked in Accenture and who are familiar with this specifically that I could work with. My interview is next week.

Thank you.

Hi there,

There is not much online about Accenture STA, I found this past thread (Link 1 ) and this post in external forum (Link 2).
Maybe your best shot is to reach out to HR to understand what is expected, as stated by other coach in Link 1.
Sorry for not bringing a clear solution to this problem, lets see if there are past Accenture folks here who can share their experience.
Best,
Mari

Hey there 😊, after looking up Accenture’s career resources and speaking to some contacts, here’s how you can best prepare for your final interview for the Accenture Strategy Graduate Programme:

1️⃣ Case Study Interview

  • Similar to other consulting case interviews—you’ll be given a business problem and expected to structure, analyze, and present a solution logically.
  • Candidate-led approach—you should drive the discussion, asking for relevant data and breaking down the problem step by step.
  • Focus areas may include market entry, profitability, digital transformation, or operational improvements.
  • Preparation: Practice case interviews regularly with peers, use structured frameworks, and get comfortable with mental math and business judgment.

2️⃣ Strategic Thinking Assessment

  • Evaluates your ability to approach complex, open-ended business problems.
  • You might be asked a big-picture question (e.g., How would you advise a government to transition to a cashless society?).
  • Key to success:
    • Structure your response clearly (e.g., economic, regulatory, technological, and social considerations).
    • Stay logical and prioritize high-impact factors.
    • Demonstrate big-picture thinking while providing practical solutions.

3️⃣ Additional Tips

  • Be ready for fit/behavioral questions—know your "Why Accenture?" and "Why consulting?" answers inside out.
  • Stay updated on industry trends—topics like AI, sustainability, and digital transformation often come up.
  • Understand Accenture’s core values—showcase qualities that align with their innovation-driven and impact-focused culture.

Since your interview is next week, focus on structuring your thoughts clearly and practicing under time constraints. You’ve got this! Best of luck—let me know if you need more tips.

Best, Alessa 😇
