Hi Mary,

Usually, you would not be rejected mid-round so they should still schedule the next interview. Delays can happen for many reasons in this case that are unrelated to your performance. No need to worry! :-)

If you are worried about the cross-offer, you could send a quick message to McK HR and inform them about the urgency.

All the best!

Hi Mary,

Congratulations on the progress so far with McKinsey and the other job offer!

Firstly, no one can tell definitively what the decision of the 3rd McK interview will be, so any assumptions either way might be counterproductive.

Generally, I'll suggest you don't throw away a good offer in hand for a great offer which is still a maybe and could go either way. So, if I were in your shoes, I would accept the good offer I have if I am yet to hear from McKinsey by the deadline.

All the best!

Fathu
