My recruiting and interviewing experience covers first and decision round interviewing for campus and experienced hires applying for GLF, Associate, Consultant, and Project Leader roles.
I served as the Recruiting Director for the Miami office for 2018-2019 where I was responsible for sourcing candidates, resume review, and managing the candidate pipeline through to offer and full-time return for our summer and full-time hires.
