Capco offers two primary entry points for students and graduates:
Summer Internship Program
The Summer Internship Program spans approximately nine weeks. Upon successful completion, participants may receive an entry-level job offer; however, this may require undergoing the interview process again.
Associate Talent Program (ATP)
The ATP is an entry-level program for graduates with a university or college degree. It begins with two weeks of classroom and interactive training, covering the consulting industry and Capco’s areas of focus. Participants gain access to specialized courses and are paired with a mentor to develop critical thinking and communication skills.
Following the training phase, participants are assigned to a client project where they apply newly acquired skills. A coach provides guidance, including practical scenarios based on real-world case studies.

Capco's interview process consists of three distinct stages, each building on the previous one. These stages are designed to provide both the firm and the candidate with a comprehensive understanding of each other.
Step 1: Application Submission
To begin, visit the Capco career page and search for “Entry Level” or “Associate Talent Program” under the “Business Consulting” department. Review the job description carefully and complete the online application form, including your resume and cover letter. Step 2: Virtual Hireflix Round
