PROGRAM SCHEDULE
OVERVIEW
Welcome to the Full Consulting Program! I am here to help you succeed in the recruiting process and tackle the interviews with confidence. In this program, you will learn how to effectively structure any case study and answer personal fit questions. In addition, I will conduct a case study diagnostic to provide further feedback on your approach, analyses, and recommendation. Lastly, you will work through a variety of real-life case studies covering the most frequent case study question types.
SESSIONS 1-2 – CASE STUDY STRUCTURING COACHING
The first two coaching sessions are designed to help you effectively structure any case study you may encounter. You will get to know all types of case study questions and how to effectively approach and present them. By the end of the coaching sessions, you will have the skills and confidence to tackle any case study with ease.
SESSION 3 – CASE STUDY DIAGNOSTIC
In this coaching session, I will work with you to run a case study diagnostic to assess your level of readiness for the upcoming recruiting process. You will work through a case study containing all possible components and I will provide detailed feedback on your approach, analyses, and recommendation. Based on your development needs, we will also identify ideal next steps to help you succeed in the recruiting process. By the end of the session, you will have a clear understanding of your strengths and areas for improvement, as well as a plan for how to move forward.
SESSION 4 – PERSONAL FIT QUESTIONS COACHING
In this coaching session, I will present the most frequently used general and behavioral personal fit questions you may encounter during the recruiting process. I will teach you how to best respond to these questions, including what to consider when crafting your responses and how to showcase your strengths and fit with the firm. I will also provide good and bad examples of responses to give you a better understanding of what works and what doesn't. By the end of the session, you will have a clear understanding of how to effectively answer personal fit questions and feel confident in your ability to do so.
SESSIONS 5-9 – CASE STUDY MOCK INTERVIEWS
In this series of coaching sessions, I will provide you with a variety of real-life case studies, covering the most frequent case study question types. You will work through the case studies and I will provide detailed feedback on your approach, analyses, and recommendation. This will allow you to assess and refine your level of readiness for the upcoming recruiting process. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions and receive guidance on how to succeed in the recruiting process. By the end of the series, you will be well-prepared and confident in your ability to tackle any case study that comes your way, ensuring that you are ready to succeed in the upcoming recruiting process.

My goal is to help you succeed and receive the job offer you desire. To do this, I will approach each coaching session with dedication to your personal needs, empathy, patience, and structure to maximize your readiness in all parts of the interview.
I will enable you to solve any type of case study using the right approach, methodology, and customized roadmap that demonstrates case leadership, business acumen, and professionalism.
I will dedicate as much time as you need to achieve your goals. As a result, you can expect:
- No time limit: Our sessions will last until you are satisfied with all your questions and have received personalized feedback from me.
- Full availability: You will be provided with my personal cell phone number so you can directly contact me on WhatsApp for follow-up questions or last-minute doubts before your interviews.
- Long-term support: Even after our coaching sessions, you can always contact me. Together, we will work through whatever is still ahead of you – whether it is choosing from multiple job offers or negotiating terms.

The moment I got an interview invitation from Bain 5 weeks ago, I was really freaking out not knowing what to do exactly. Then I found Hagen's program on Preplounge and my journey has been really satisfactory. He started off with structuring which helped me to understand how to approach especially that structure part is the one that will guide me throughout the case interview process. He provided me great examples that I could follow and adopt which has been helpful throughout. Then we touched upon some sessions on cases as if we are doing mock interviews which then were followed by Hagen's constructive feedbacks. Over the 5-week, we went over everything that was essential including fit interview prep and market sizing as well. I highly recommend those who want to join MBB to check out his program :) Thank you

Hagen is a good coach and the full consulting program helped me practice casing with an experienced pro. He takes the time to let you ask questions and allows you to go over the time limit when needed. That being said, the frameworks he teaches are, in my opinion overly complex, and hard to understand. Perhaps a more experienced consultant can understand and make use of them, but they only made me more confused. I relied on structures being taught on casecoach as I found them easier to understand.
