Die meisten Kollegen wechseln nach ihrer Zeit bei TKMC in den Konzern. Viele bekommen während ihrer Projekte beim Kunden konkrete Jobangebote.

Einige Kollegen wechseln aber auch zu anderen Konzernen oder selten auch in die externe Beratung.
