Is it a bad idea to tell the same history in first and second round interviews?

Hi,

When I was at BCG, while it was technically possible that interviews could tell the next interviewer what stories you used, it was very rare that it happened.

So I would say yes you could re-use a story, but always good to have a backup story in case the interviewer doesn't like your current one, or requests for a different context.

Hi,

It's totally fine to answer with the same story. However, I recommend you having a backup story anyway. The interviewer can say smth like: "This story does not fit. Do you have another one?"
