Hi, I completed yesterday my 1st Round interview with BCG Dubai. When do you think I should expect to hear back for knowing if I made it to the next round?
I was told by HR they close the interviews for this year the 23rd of December. Should I contact them today to know about the outcome of my interview, or should I wait beginning of next week to follow up?

I completed my process with BCG Dubai a few weeks ago. I finished my first round on Friday, and by Monday mid-day, I already knew the outcome. My mentees had a similar experience.
I would suggest waiting until early next week. If you do not hear back from HR by Tuesday, you can reach out to them.

Hi there! Congrats on making it to the first round :) I would wait at least one week before reaching out. Firms have been taking a little longer than usual to get back to candidates, and we're close to the holiday season. Fingers crossed you receive some good news soon!
Make sure you ask for feedback (if they don't offer) before your DR interviews if you make it to the next stage. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need help preparing for Decision Round.
