Welcome!

My name is Ritika. I am a former McKinsey consultant and an engineer by training. I have a scientific background (PhD in Chemical Engineering) and I was able to make the tough switch from working in a technical job at Intel to first at ZS Associates as a stepping stone in consulting to McKinsey. 

I have been featured at firmsconsulting episode TCO 5. You can look me up on google and learn more about me. I know how succeeding in consulting interviews looks like! 

Starting at ZS before McKinsey was an extremely conscious decision because I wanted to excel at McKinsey. Getting the offer at McKinsey was not the end goal for me. 

I am also looking forward to getting to know you better:) In your first appointment, I will invest any extra time as needed to get to know you better as a person because I understand these interviews are not JUST about success in solving a 'case'. 

I will teach you how you must carry yourself during interviews to get the interviewer to like you more than just 'admiring' your intellectual ability by solving a case.
