A few things about me: I spent 6 years a half in management consulting at McKinsey had a lot of fun during that time, and most importantly made many AWESOME friends. I started my professional career with a founding a small business and running it for 2 years, then joined Shell as a process engineer before jumping into consulting. Today, I work in PE leveraging a lot of what I learned during my time in consulting. Over the years, I coached 30+ candidates who succeeded in landing a job with MBB and conducted 300+ recruiting interviews during my tenure (mostly at UT, Booth, Yale, and Kellogg).
I've learned a few things about career switches and entry into consulting through my transitions from a founder to an engineer to a management consultant to a PE investor. I hope I can share with you a unique perspective on career development and transition strategies, and help you refine your case interview skills.
