Hello – I’m Valerie and it’s great meeting you! I’ve been in and out of both consulting and industry over the last 15+ years, working across UK, EMEA and APAC.
I started my career in strategy consulting with Arthur D. Little, before moving onto the client side, driving consumer-centric growth strategies and performance improvement initiatives, from design through to execution. I even had the chance to launch a new hair care brand in India, which achieved 3% market share within 18 months.
I eventually moved back to consulting, first as a freelancer, leading the commercial post-merger integration of 40 P&G brands with Coty across Professional Beauty, Consumer and Luxury segments, for the Nordic markets. I later joined PwC Strategy&’s Deals Strategy team, advising PE funds and PortCos on target screening, commercial due diligence and value creation planning. I’m currently working with Kearney, as a Principal in the Transactions and Transformation team, where I support corporate and PE clients in driving strategic transformation and profitable, sustainable growth.
Over the last 7 years, I've also been dedicating time to mentoring and coaching within my team and supporting former colleagues, students, and alumni from my alma mater, ESSEC Business School.
