I am a former BCG associate consultant in Italy (1 year) and current OC&C Consultant in London (2.5 years). At OC&C, I regularly interview candidates at both first and second round interviews for Graduate, Intern, MBA Intern and Experienced Hire intakes.
While potentially more junior vs other coaches on the platform, I have most recent (read “current”) relevant first-hand experience of actual interview cases currently asked at OC&C (and elsewhere, via personal network) including ones created by myself and currently in use at the firm, as well as those of colleagues and friends.
Also, I can provide feedback based on actual assessment methodologies in use at OC&C, based on latest valuation matrix by criteria against which each candidate is assessed, with detailed understanding of the relative importance of each of the elements being assessed.
Finally, during my consulting experience across ITA and UK, I have built a strong network of top consultants working for major consulting companies, which I leverage to keep myself up to date with latest real cases interviews being asked and real valuation/assessment methodologies.
