I believe in a collaborative approach to help my students/ mentees. Rather than a pedantic approach of forcing frameworks to fit the cases, I like to challenge the students and myself into thinking about what matters in each problem statement and build muscle memory to come up with one's own framework every time we get a new case. This is the same approach I leveraged to crack my interviews with no business background at the time I interviewed for MBBs three years back.
I am passionate about helping people with no or little business background (MDs, PHDs, engineers and liberal arts) to find their place in the wonderful community of management consulting.
