As Bain interviewer, I approached +500 interviewees.
What I observed in my experience, it's that the interview approach (imposed by MBB to interviewers) changed over the years as the candidates evaluation grid too. Today, the existing "case cracking book” are a good starting point to learn how to deal with a case but unfortunately are not enough to BE READY and PASS MBB interview rounds.
What I offer is a structured and straight approach that strength candidates case cracking skills and enhance their inner capabilities
The training program is oriented to QUALITY and not quantity as few high quality coaching sessions are better than tons of them.
So, my training program is structured to be modular and related to candidate as-is skills, in particular:
1) PRO CASE SOLVER: for candidates already highly trained, I generally go for 1 coaching session to fine-tune case solving approach and soft skills effectiveness
2) ADVANCED CASE SOLVER: for candidates medium-highly trained, I generally recommend 4-5 coaching sessions to work hard on case cracking short-cuts and case leading skills
3) CASE SOLVER: for candidates who recognize the type of case they should resolve but struggle on reaching the case conclusion smoothly, I generally suggest 8-10 coaching sessions (no more)
For any question or doubt don't hesitate to write to me, I am happy to schedule 10 min introduction call
