Eleanore has spent five years at Bain Chicago & Bain New York, where she worked on both strategy and operational projects across 7+ industries and led Associate Consultant recruitment at the University of Michigan. She was also an interviewer for 1R Bain interviews.
Eleanore has coached many prospective students throughout the interview process. During her MBA at INSEAD, she coached many of her colleagues, university-level, and MBA-level students (200+) to help land offers with top-tier firms. Eleanore herself has had extensive experience interviewing with top-tier firms and received offers from all three MBB firms.
Eleanore ensures each candidate gets a personalized coaching approach by first establishing a good understanding of what the candidate is looking for (free 15 min intro call), selecting cases that focus on improving the candidate's desired area of improvement, as well as giving concrete, tangible action plans forward.
