How would you answer this question in your Personal Fit interview?

How do you handle critical feedback?

In a Personal Fit interview, I would respond to this question like this:
"I view critical feedback as an opportunity to grow, so I try to approach it with an open mind. When I receive feedback, I listen carefully, ask clarifying questions if needed, and reflect on what I can improve. I try to separate myself from the feedback so it feels less personal and more about my development. I also make sure to thank the person giving feedback, as it helps me improve in the long run.
Afterward, I create an action plan to work on the areas highlighted. Whether it’s adjusting a specific approach or working on a skill, I make sure to follow up and check in with the person who gave me the feedback to see if I’m making progress. I believe this helps me continuously refine my work and build stronger relationships with my colleagues by showing that I value their input."
