How would you answer this question in your Personal Fit interview?

What would you do if you noticed a mistake that no one else has seen?

The key here is to show that you’re proactive, solution-oriented, and tactful in how you handle the situation.
The best answers sound natural and personal rather than memorized. Try to think of a real-life example where you spotted a mistake and use that as the foundation for your response!

One of the answers may be on the following lines:
If I noticed a mistake that no one else had seen, I’d first make sure I fully understood the issue. Then, I’d approach the situation with a mindset of collaboration rather than blame. I’d bring it up to the team or the relevant person, explaining what I found, why it matters, and how we could address it together. I believe in taking ownership of the situation while being solution-focused, and I’d do it in a way that fosters teamwork and learning rather than pointing fingers.

I would correct the mistake and inform the person responsible for the error shortly afterwards.
