Which bulge bracket firms are currently hiring the most?

Where do you think my chances of landing an offer would be the highest? I will most likely apply at all of them, but would be good to have an estimate on the current hiring situation.

Great question. This is, of course, only known with certainty to the individual banks' HR teams. That said, here is a list of some of the top bulge brackets that you might consider reaching out to the HR teams / networking with junior banks at (alphabetical):

  • BofA
  • Barclays
  • BNP Paribas
  • Citi
  • DB
  • GS
  • HSBC
  • JPM
  • MS
  • Nomura
  • RBC
  • SocGen
  • UBS
  • WF

Of course there's a lot of nuance into how to get these firms to take your application seriously--let's set up a free intro session to discuss how you can network your way in.
