What kind of questions does Siemens Advanta Consulting ask? I am interviewing with their consulting arm and have no clue what kind of interview questions should I expect.

Siemens Advanta delivers projects in the areas of strategy, large scale business transformation, sustainability, data analytics, digital manufacturing and supply chain, R&D transformation, and customer centricity.

The team supports Siemens business as well as external clients in building visions, strategies, and implementation plans to help bring digitalization to life.

Be ready for any question. It's important that you don't go in expecting any one thing…this is bound to get you “stuck” on interview day.

Rather, practice getting all kinds of questions thrown at you. Of course, you've already “answered” your question in that the cases are likely to be in those areas you've already listed.

Siemens advanta originally Siemens management consulting has always been primarily focused on providing internal consulting services for Siemens mainly on large scale digital transformation projects. Since rebranding it has expanded its focus but core capabilities still potentially revolve around similar topics. I do not have the exact proportion but internal consulting projects for Siemens should still be a big focus. make sure you understand Siemens business on a high level And be ready to ask smart questions around those. Again as highligted, be prepared to be asked standard consulting questions like any other consulting interviews as well

They currently run cost-cutting projects, digital transformation (adopting AI and IoT capabilities), top-line growth, cash management, procurement, and supply chain reorganization (in order of importance).
